The six-part hybrid event series examines the topic of \u201cHealth in Focus: Strategies for a Long and Healthy Life\u201d from different perspectives. Experts have their say in lectures and moderated discussion groups. At the same time, the audience can contribute with experiences and questions. The series of events is a cooperation program between the University of St.Gallen<\/a> and the Switzerland Innovation Park East<\/a> .<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Lecture and discussion<\/span> : The lecture deals with research findings on the psycho-social aspects of aging. Based on our own research with very old people in the \u201cBlue Zones\u201d, the factors that improve the health and quality of life of older people and that can contribute to longevity are presented and discussed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
